My individual mental health counseling sessions in Orlando offer you the opportunity to work with me one-on-one in a private, safe and confidential setting. We will work together to create a plan to address those areas in life which are distressing you. As we are all unique, our course of action will be specific to your needs and our sessions will not be a cookie cutter process. I employ a person-centered and strength-based approach to help you maneuver through the obstacles of life. I will not tell you what to do or what decisions to make. Instead, I work to empower you to take control of your own life and mold it more closely to your heart’s desire. This process requires work, and your success is based on how much time and energy you devote to your growth not only during sessions but between them as well.
