Individual Session Rate - $125
Sessions are approximately 50 minutes in length. Sessions are typically held weekly and gradually transition to bi-weekly or monthly maintenance sessions as you progress. You do, however, have the flexibility to adjust the course of your treatment to a schedule which matches your needs and helps you achieve your goals.

Successful Outcomes
The success of counseling depends greatly on your own efforts and desire. Therapy is a lot of work and you should expect me to give you occasional homework assignments to aid you in pondering what we discuss during session and incorporating them into your day-to-day life.

I cannot guarantee the success of your treatment. However, you can expect I will always be prepared for your session with the main purpose of addressing your needs and the goals you set. Feel free to ask me any questions or to express concerns you may have during the counseling process.
Understand therapy is an investment in yourself (or marriage and family) as well as your overall
well-being. Choosing to invest in mental health therapy now is so you can reap the benefits well into your future. Compare the financial cost of short-term therapy to the possible long-term emotional costs of NOT seeking help: The benefits far outweigh the risks.
